MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN

We have been playing a significant role in our country’s industrial development with giant investments, each being the first of its kind in Türkiye, and have added value to the national economy with symbolic projects. Founded in 1980, Cengiz Holding has now grown into a large family of 43,000 people. Every single member of this huge family has contributed greatly to our success.

Cengiz Holding’s activity fields include the energy, mining, construction, and service sectors. Among these, energy and mining have grown in parallel with global trends to become the locomotives of our company. We continue our activities in energy with power generation and distribution, sales and marketing, and natural gas distribution and trade. Especially sustainable energy such as solar farms and wind power plants will shed light on our future investments. Eti Bakır and Eti Alüminyum, two key actors in the Turkish industry, do us proud with their increased capacities and efficient production thanks to post-privatization investments. In the coming period, we plan to grow abroad in the fields of energy and mining and represent Türkiye in the best way possible.

Cengiz Holding’s construction and service activities grow hand in hand. In addition to projects such as Istanbul Airport, the Black Sea Coastal Highway, and the High-Speed Railroad, which have made a name for Türkiye across the globe and brought people together with their loved ones, we also build dams, ports, and power plants. These successful projects in Türkiye are an important source of reference for us abroad.

We keep on investing all around Türkiye nonstop to add sustainable value to the commercial activities in our country and, more importantly, to enhance social wealth and welfare. While planning the future of our country with the confidence we have in Türkiye, we will keep on adding value to our country with the pioneering steps we will take in our investments.
