Green-Collar Target

As a company with significant experience and know-how in the fields of industry, energy, construction, and services, we place sustainability at the core of everything we do. We attach great importance to training and development to increase the number of 'green collar' employees in our company, and we consider environmental criteria as a key measure in all our investments.

In the face of the fact that the world is going through a climate crisis, we as an industrial company know about the low carbon economy and we shape our work accordingly. In our industrial plant, we get our energy from renewable sources in line with our 'green' target.

With our zero waste policy and integrated plants, the industrial waste in our company plants is reprocessed as 'residual products' and brought back into the economy. While steering our energy investments toward renewable resources like wind, hydro, and solar, we support our farmers with the right price policies in fertilizer production. With all these efforts, we are increasing the number of green-collar employees in Türkiye.
